Xuzhou Tengyu Down Products & Equipments Co., Ltd. designs and manufactures feather and down processing equipment. With a 25,000 m² factory, RMB 5 million in registered capital and more than 100 employees, we help customers select equipment around their raw materials, processes and capacity requirements.
Equipment for each processing stage
Our range covers washing, centrifuging, drying, cooling, sorting, dust removal, blending and packing. Equipment is available as complete lines or individual machines, alongside sample washing lines and sorting machines for testing.
Configured around production needs
Depending on the application, control options include manual operation, PLC automation, microcomputer control and touchscreen interfaces. We work with customers on equipment selection, operation and after-sales technical support.
