五箱分毛机
用于对经过除灰或水洗的羽绒进行精分，以得到几种不同含绒量规格的羽绒。
机体结构采用优质木材和细工木板，密封程度高，抗静电性能好，工作噪音小。全自动操作，配有电控柜、自动加毛器、真空装袋箱和收尘器。
WF2000五箱分毛机可加工1500-1800kg/8小时，一次提90%以上高绒。型号有WF4000、WF4500。
Five chamber sorting machine
The machine is used fro fine sorting of feathers which have been dedusted so as to get eider down of different downcontent．
The machine frame is made of high-quality wood and panel with good sealing high static electricity resistance and low noise．It is automatically operated and is provided with electric control box,auto-feathers feeder,vacuum box for filling bag and dust collector．
There are two models for four-chamber sorting machine：SF25 and SF40,of which SF25 is used for YJ-100 complete plants，and SF40 for other three series of complete plants．Recentiy，We have developped new machine type SF80 four chamber sorting machine which can process 1500-1800kg／8 hour,and 90％ of the fine feather can be obtained. There are two models:WF4000 and WF4500. |

该机用于将较大毛片软化加工、以提高手感的柔软性。较大毛片经该机揉搓后软而不断、所揉下的来的羽丝用单箱机提取可另作它用。是变废为宝的好帮手。

除灰机 |
用机械方法将予分机粗分过的羽绒进行除灰，将混进羽绒的石砂、灰尘、皮屑等杂物去掉。有两级除灰筒，羽绒在一级除灰筒中短时间停留去除大的杂质，在二级除灰筒中停留较长时间进行精密除尘。两个除灰筒均配有可拆装的除灰筛板。
机体结构采用优质木材和细工木板，密封程度高，工作噪音小。自动化操作、配有电控柜、自动加毛器、备用真空装袋箱和除灰房收尘器。
除灰机有CH45、CH80两种型号，分别用于两个系列的成套设备。
Dust removing machine
By use of mechanicanl method，the machine removes from the rough sorted feathers dust，Sand，scraps and other foreign matters．There are dedusting boxes of two stages.In the first-stage dedusting box，feathers stay for a shorter time so that bigger fore.ign matters are removed，While in the second-stage dedusting box，feathers stay for a longer time so that the further and fine dedusting is carried out. Both dedusting boxes are provided with detachable dedusting screen plates．

洗脱机 |
XT80-1型全自动羽绒洗脱机
集洗涤和脱水为一体，是当代最先进的羽绒洗涤设备。它取代老式的羽绒水洗机和脱水机，使羽绒洗涤技术登上高科技和高质量的新台阶。
主要特点：(1)微电脑全自动控制。从加毛、注液、加温、洗涤、漂洗脱水到出毛全自动化。
(2)工作效率高。每次可洗涤80—150kg，每班(8小时)可洗涤5—7次。
(3)无搅拌洗涤。减少了机械对羽毛的摩擦碰撞，使羽绒损伤率大大降低。
(4)转鼓和外筒全部采用不锈钢结构，耐酸碱，不生绣，羽绒洗涤质量显著提高。
(5)降低水耗。比老式的羽绒水洗机降低约1／3的耗水量。
(6)温水洗毛。利用蒸汽加热，提高羽绒洗涤质量和效率。洗脱机配有自动加毛器、收尘器.注液泵和注药泵。
(7)采用变频调速系统，结构简单，运行可靠。
XT80-1 fully automatic feathers washing centrifuging machine
The machine integrates washing with centrifuging into a whole and is the most advanced equipment for washing feathers. It can replace the conventional and old feathers washing machine and centrifuging machine and promote the feathers washing technology to nbw step of high-tech and high quality.
Main characteristics:
(1) Computerized fully automatic control.The production process from feathers feeding,water filling,heating,washing,rinsing,dewatering to eider down producing,is fully automatic.
(2) High working efficiency.80-150 kg of feathers can be washed at one time and 5-7 times per shift (8 hfs).
(3) Washing without stirring.The friction and collsion of machinery to eider down are reduced so that the damage ratio of eider down is greatly reduced.
(4) Rotating drums and outer tubes are all made of stainless steel and are acid-alkali resistant and stainless so that the washing quality is significantly promoted.
(5) Low water consumption.The water consumption can be reduced by 1/3 of that of the conventional feathers washing machine.
(6) Using warm water to wash feathers.To heat using steam so that the washing quality and efficiency of feathers are improved.The washing-centrifuging machine is provided with auto-feathers feeder, dust collector,li quid filling pump and disinfectant filling pump.
(7) This unit with frequency conversion speed governing system is provided with simple structure and reliable operation. |
