DUST REMOVING MACHINE 除灰机： |
除灰机：用机械方法将予分机粗分过的羽绒进行除灰，将混进羽绒的石砂、灰尘、皮屑等杂物去掉。有两级除灰筒，羽绒在一级除灭筒中短时间停留去除大的杂质，在二级除灰筒中停留较长时间进行精密除尘。两个除灰筒均配有可拆装的除灰筛板。
By use of mechanical method, the machine removes
from the rough sorted feathers dust, sand, scraps and other foreign
matters. There are dedusting boxes of two stages. In the first-stage
dedusting box, feathers stay for a shorter time so that bigger foreign
matters are removed, while in the second-stage dedusting box, feathers
stay for a longer time so that the further and fine dedusting is carried
out. Both dedusting boxes are provided with detachable dedusting screen
plates. |

WASHING MACHINE 水洗机： |
该机用于将经过除灰或精分的羽绒进行洗涤，根据用户要求增加温水洗毛，各型水洗机分别同各型脱水机联用。
自动化操作，比全自动洗脱机结构简单，但由于洗涤羽绒时，羽绒和水的比例大，因而排水量也大。
This machine is used for washing the feathers which have been dedusted
and fine-sorted.The washing machines of different models are worked
together with different centrifuging machines .It is automatically
operated and is simpler than the fully-automatic washing-centrifuging
machine in structure;however,owing to the larger proportion of water
and feathers when theyare washed,therefore the larger is the water
displacement.

The machine is used fro fine sorting of feathers
which have been dedusted so as to get eider down of different downcontent.

sealing high static electricity resistance and low noise. It is automatically
operated and is provided with electric control box,auto-feathers feeder,vacuum
