The machine is used fro fine sorting of feathers which have been dedusted so as to get eider down of different downcontent.
The machine frame is made of high-quality wood and panel with good sealing high static electricity resistance and low noise. It is automatically operated and is provided with electric control box,auto-feathers feeder,vacuum box for filling bag and dust collector.

There are two models for four-chamber sorting machine:SF25 and SF40,of which SF25 is used for YJ-100complete plants,and SF40 for other three series of complete plants.Recently,we have designed a new machine type SF80 four chamber sorting machine which can process 1500-1800kg/8hours,and 90% of the fine feather can be obtained.There are two models:WF4000 and WF4500.
