By use of mechanical method, the machine removes from the rough sorted feathers dust, sand, scraps and other foreign matters. There are dedusting boxes of two stages. In the first-stage dedusting box, feathers stay for a shorter time so that bigger foreign matters are removed, while in the second-stage dedusting box, feathers stay for a longer time so that the further and fine dedusting is carried out. Both dedusting boxes are provided with detachable dedusting screen plates.

   There are two models for dust removing machines:CH45 and CH80,which are used in two series of complete plants respectively.
